Black is the new Black

E chi ha detto che la moda deve essere sempre seguita??!! Se questa primavera il colore entrerà prepotentemente nei nostri armadi, io non rinuncio comunque al mio amatissimo total black…Outfit molto comodo per una domenica di relax tra casa e spiaggia, aspettando che il sole inizi a scaldare così finalmente potremmo smettere di fingere di non aver freddo pur essendo vestite di niente!

Who said that we must always follow fashion??!! If colours are strongly conquering our closets in the coming Spring, I’m not going to say goodbye to my beloved total black…This a very comfy outfit created for a Sunday of rest between house and beach, waiting for the sun to start warming us again…so we’ll finally be able to stop acting like we’re warm even if we’re wearing almost nothing!

Venice Carnival Babe!

Venezia è meravigliosa ogni giorno, ma lo è ancora di più nel periodo di Carnevale. Se non siete amanti dei luoghi affollati, allora dovrete rinunciare ad assistere ad uno degli spettacoli più unici ed eccentrici del mondo: migliaia di persone si riversano nelle calli per ammirare le famose maschere, ma solo pochi hanno la fortuna di accedere alle esclusive feste in maschera che si tengono negli antichi palazzi lungo il Canal Grande…A noi comuni mortali, ad ogni modo, basta respirare l’aria di spensieratezza che imperversa per le calli durante il Carnevale cercando di immaginare quanto bella doveva essere Venezia vestita in maschera ai tempi della Serenissima…

Sabato sera per l’occasione ho scelto un outfit del tutto comodo: ispirandomi a Caroline, ho riesumato la mia borsa in vernice gialla leggerissima e molto capiente, che ne dite??

E la mia maschera??!!! Semplice ma ad effetto: Fashion Bunny!

Venice is wonderful everyday, but it’s even more wonderful during Carnival. If you don’t like crowded places, then you’re going to miss one of the most entertaining and outrageous events of the world: thousands of people walk through the callis (Venetian little streets) to admire the famous masks, even if only few lucky ones have access to the exclusive masquerade balls that take place inside the ancient palaces along the Grand Canal…The other commoners (like us!) can fell the thrilling and excitement that goes all through the masqueraded city during Carnival, trying to imagine who amazing Venice was during the Serenissima époque…

For this occasion, on Saturday night I picked a totally comfy outfit: getting inspiration from Caroline, I pulled out of the closet my yellow patented maxi bag, so light and capacious. What do you think about it??

My most casual side

Raramente mi rivedrete vestita in maniera così casual! Felpa e Converse sono senz’altro uno dei miei abbinamenti preferiti, malgrado ciò è necessario dosarlo con parsimonia! Sabato per una passeggiatina veloce a Vicenza ho indossato le mie nuove All Star super bianche (e delicate), abbinate a felpa grigia, jeans e giubbino in pelle, visto che la temperatura era piacevole…Un bacio grandissimo!

You’ll rarely see me dressed so casual, my dears! Hoodie and Converse is definitely one of my favourite match, although it can’t be overused! I wore this outfit on Saturday morning for a quick stroll through Vicenza: I rocked my new white All Star (so delicate…) and matched them with a grey hoodie, denim pants and leather jacket since the temperature was pleasantly warm…A huge kiss!

La trovo perfetta nelle forme e nei colori: vestitino di chiffon a fantasia bianca e nera, calze ultra coprenti nere e ankle booties in tinta, accessori della sua linea House of Harlow. Semplice ma molto bella, no?

Ecco come ho pensato di re interpretare questo stile…

I think the outfit is perfect both in shapes and colours: chiffon little dress with black and white texture, thick black stockings and black ankle booties, accessories by her own line House of Harlow. Simple yet beautiful, don’t’ you think?

Countryside Fairytale

Rosso e cammello hanno dominato questo inverno: oramai sembrano complementari, il rosso così sgargiante e caldo accostato al cammello invece così classico ed elegante. Qualche giorno fa il mio ragazzo mi ha portata in questa location davvero insolita e magica nella campagna vicino al mio paese. E’ strano come a volte modernità e tradizione si sposino così bene…

Red and camel have dominated this winter season: by now they almost look like complementary colours, red is such dazzling and warm, while camel is so classic and elegant. A few days ago my boyfriend took me to this magical and unusual location in the countryside nearby my place. It’s weird how sometimes modernity and tradition go so well together…

A few years ago here in Italy there was a TV ad about a famous ice cream: the actor used a very bad English to say that two tastes are much better than one! Well, Kourtney Kardashian must have taken inspiration to this ad before going out with not only one...but two breathtaking bags!!!!!

Uno degli obiettivi irrinunciabili che mi ero prefissata prima di partire per Parigi era scovare il negozio di Christian Louboutin in Rue Jean Jacques Rousseau…
Capirete facilmente che mai avrei potuto lasciare Parigi senza aver fatto una visitina nel mio paese delle meraviglie!!!!
E proprio come Alice, mi sono meravigliata per ogni centimetro di vetrina, per ogni dettaglio degli interni e ogni lustrino delle scarpe!!!
Il mio ragazzo ha detto che avevo un’espressione davvero felice nel momento in cui dopo lunghe peripezie abbiamo finalmente stanato il negozio…senz’altro uno dei momenti più indimenticabili della settimana!

You’ll easily understand that never in this life or the next ones I could have come back home without visiting my dreaming wonderland!!!!
I enjoyed every centimetre of the windows, every detail of the inner spaces, every glittering pair of shoes!!!
My boyfriend told me I had such a happy smile on my face when we finally found the store after a very long hunting…it’s definitely been one of the most unforgettable moments of the entire week!
