Lunar landscape

Notate nulla di nuovo??!! Finalmente mi sono decisa a cambiare occhiali!!! Dopo anni ed anni ho abbandonato i miei D&G per questi nuovi e comodissimi Emporio Armani…Cosa dite, mi stanno bene?! Altra novità sono questi boots di Zara antifreddo ed antipioggia: cercavo da tempo un paio di stivaletti in pelle proprio così, soprattutto in vista della mia settimana Parigina (avete visto quanta neve e quanto freddo ci sono a Parigi in questi giorni??!! Aiuto!!!!) e appena li ho visti nel sito di Zara non ho potuto che fiondarmi in negozio e provarli. Sono molto in vitellino, molto comodi, morbidi e caldi, quindi ve li consiglio! Il maxi-pull è stato un affare fantastico: solitamente le maglie di H&M sono un pochino ruvide e rigide, mentre questa è morbida e soprattutto caldissima…Outfit perfetto per alcuni scatti al tramonto nella campagna intorno al mio paese…un po’ paesaggio lunare, no?! Un bacio a tutti

Do you notice anything new??!! I’ve finally bought the new glasses!!! After year and years of romance I’ve replaced my old D&G with these new and very comfy Emporio Armani…Do you think they suit me?! Other piece of news: these Zara boots, perfect weapon against cold and rain…I’ve been searching for a while a pair of leather boots like them, mostly due to my Parisian week in January (have you seen what a cold and snowy weather they have in Paris??!! Help!!!!); as soon as I saw them on the Zara online store I run to the nearest shop to try them on and then bring them home with me. The leather is really soft, and they’re comfortable and warm …great acquisition! The maxi-pull was a great bargain at H&M: usually H&M sweaters are a little rough and stiff; instead, this one is so soft and super warm…I thought this could be the perfect outfit to take some shots in the country surrounding my town…a kind of lunar landscape, isn’t it?! A huge kiss

Fog and bow for me!

Mercoledì giornata di festa!!!! Peccato per il tempo davvero pessimo che ci accompagna ormai da più di una settimana...Nebbia, pioggerellina e umidità non mi hanno però fermata!! Sull’onda di uno dei maggiori trend di stagione, il fiocco, ho aggiunto un tocco chic a questo outfit piuttosto basic: camicia bianca, pull cameo di lana, mini nera e calze lavorate. E tra due giorni è di nuovo Sabato!!! Quanto bello è Dicembre?! Un bacio

PS - Scusate la faccia...la sera prima ho fatto tardi al cinema per Harry Potter 7!!!

Wednesday was holiday here in Italy!!!! Unfortunately the weather sucked, it’s been rainy and foggy since a week…Fog, sillyrain and humidity didn’t manage to stop me anyway!! Following one the season’s mayor trends, bow, I added a chic detail to a quite basic outfit: white shirt, camel woollen pull, black miniskirt and stockings. And it’s already Saturday in only two days!! How amazing is December?! Love

PS - Excuse my face...I didn't sleep much the night before due to a movie night to watch Harry Potter 7!

Surprise sweater!

Fare shopping con il proprio ragazzo può spesso diventare un’impresa…
Chi non ha mai sentito pronunciare la famosa frase “Mah, a me non piace, però ti sta bene, compralo…”??!!!
A fine estate ho costretto il mio archistar ad entrare da H&M per fare provviste di capi per l’autunno…dopo una mezz’ora di sguardi annoiati (suoi, chiaramente!) e attese incessanti fuori dal camerino, decido cosa acquistare e ci dirigiamo verso la cassa, quando all’improvviso…
Sorpresa!!!
Vedo in un angolo questo meraviglioso maglioncino!!!!
Non è fantastico????!!!!!!

At the end of Summer I forced my archistar to go to H&M to make provisions for the coming Fall…after half an hour of bored glances (not mine, for sure!) and everlasting waitings outside the dressing room, I decided what to take home with me and headed to the cash desk, when suddenly…
Surprise!!!
In a corner, I saw this beautiful sweater!!!!

Alla mia totale adorazione per questo barboncino in lana è seguita imperterrita la sua famosa frase sopraccitata…Risposta?! Lo prendo comunque!!

Ho abbinato il maglione barboncino ad un paio di harem pants neri...forse non molto piacevoli alla vista ma sicuramente molto molto comodi (per una pigrona come me...).

My total adoration for this super funny wooden poodle was immediately followed by his famous statement mentioned above…My answer?! I’m buying it anyway!!

I've matched my poodle sweater with these harem pants...probably not very beautiful, but definitely comfortable (for a lazy girl like me...)

Oversized sweater = new love!

Le maglie oversize stanno lentamente diventando uno dei miei capi preferiti per la prossima stagione fredda, anzi freddissima!!!
Già li vedo con leggings caldi e ballerine, o meglio ancora con cruissardes tacco zero.

Che ne dite di queste proposte di Zara?!


Oversized sweaters are slowly becoming one of my favourite item for the coming cold, super cold seasons!!!
I can already see me wearing them with hot leggings and flats, or better with cruissardes.

F/W 2010 Inspirations: GOWNS AND ITS BROTHERS!!!

Gli abiti per la prossima stagione avranno un comune denominatore: vita stretta stretta e linee dolci che avvolgono il corpo in una forma sinuosa e molto femminile.

E’ così da D&G con i suoi abiti in chiffon impalpabile, da Fendi come da Valentino.

La lunghezza si accorcia in abiti da sopra il ginocchio abbinati a stivali o platforms: Gucci invece punta sui cuissardes, destinati a divenire un must della stagione.

Next season’s gowns will have one thing in common: squeezed waist and soft lines that wrap the body turning it into a feminine sinuous shape.This happens by D&G, with its impalpable chiffon gowns, by Fendi and Valentino.

Over the knee dresses will boots, platforms: instead, Gucci chose the cuissardes, which are surely becoming a must of the season.

LET'S FOCUS ON...

Chanel propone tubini bianco candidi abbinati a calze bianche e stivali bicolore, mentre invece Versace punta su micro abiti coloratissimi che lasciano scoprire gambe e braccia…oppure lunghi abiti da sera con aperture strategiche.

Chanel offers candid white little dresses matched to white stockings and bicolour boots, while Versace prefers tiny multicoloured dresses that leave legs and arms exposed…as well as long dresses with strategic openings.

Uno dei trend principali sarà il vestito-maglione: molto comodo abbinato a calze e stivali, come da Chanel e D&G oppure più sexy con gambe scoperte e tacchi come da Stella McCartney.

One the major trends will be the sweater-as-dress: it can be comfy if matched with stockings and boots as by Chanel and D&G, ore sexy with nude legs and high heels as by Stella McCartney.
